Of course, the longer you practice at something,
the more likely you are to become a ‘new you’.
For example, the longer you remain
a non-smoker, the more likely it is that you’ll begin to actually picture yourself as a non-smoker. We can’t give you a lifetime of positive
experiences. Only ‘you’ can do so for
yourself, but I think we can agree it’s important that this takes place in a way
